Bronwyn Francis is the founder and guiding spirit of Bonum Consulting, where she brings together her accreditation as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor in General, Workplace specific and Leadership training. Bringing over two decades of HR leadership across health, disability, manufacturing, aged care and hospitality and volunteering as a Lifeline Telephone Crisis Support Worker. Bronwyn has seen firsthand how unspoken stress and mental health challenges can ripple through organisations, Bronwyn is passionate about equipping every individual with the knowledge and confidence to step in early, start life-changing conversations and connect colleagues with the right support.
Her workshops strike a balance between rigorous, evidence-based frameworks, like the internationally recognised ALGEE action plan and the human touch of empathetic storytelling, gentle humour and real-world examples.
